Specialty Care Services

The Child Passenger Safety Program distributes car seats to IHS-eligible children whose caregiver completes a 30 to 60-minute educational component. Our main goal is to prevent injury and death of all ages due to motor vehicle crashes by increasing seat belts and car seat usage. Call 775-329-5162 ext 1923 to schedule to receive a car seat or a car seat check. We provide infant, convertible, and booster car seats.

  • The Elder Fall Prevention Program is operated by our Injury Prevention Program and has two major components:
    • Medication reviews
    • Home assessments and modifications
