Laboratory
Laboratory services provide lab testing including urinalysis, urine pregnancy test, rapid strep, hemoglobin, HgbA1c, PT/INR, BNP, microalbumin, H-Pylori Breath Tester, and glucose testing.
For laboratory testing not available within the tribal clinic, the laboratory department coordinates outside referral laboratory tests ordered by RSTHC for patients seeking medical services for chronic, acute, and preventative health issues.
The lab is a CLIA-waived laboratory
Behavioral Health
We offer outpatient mental health therapy for children, youth, adults, and families, including crisis response, pediatric tele-psychiatry, adult psychiatric medication management, and peer support. Community health
Our community health services promote well-being through education events, support from health workers, and heart health education. We offer blood pressure checks, car seat and Cribs for Kids distribution, fall risk assessments, CPR certification, medication assistance, home visits, and non-emergency medical transportation.
