Carlos Bautista, M.D.

Dr. Bautista earned his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Illinois. He continued his training in Family Medicine and Obstetrics through programs at the University of Illinois, the University of California, and in Idaho, gaining broad experience in diverse clinical settings.

Raised in a bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural home, Dr. Bautista values the role of culture, community, and identity in health. He is honored to serve in an urban Native American clinic, where he is committed to providing respectful, patient-centered care.

Believing that patients thrive when they feel informed, Dr. Bautista encourages questions and open conversations. He also teaches medical students and volunteers at a neighborhood free clinic, where he enjoys mentoring future physicians and supporting underserved communities.
