Dennez Avendano, DMD

Dr. Avendano earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, before pursuing his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Following dental school, he completed a hospital-based residency at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington, where he gained advanced experience in comprehensive and medically complex care.

Passionate about combining precision with compassion, Dr. Avendano is committed to providing modern, evidence-based dentistry tailored to each patient’s needs. He stays current on the latest research and techniques through ongoing education, participation in his local Spear Study Club, and active community outreach.

Outside the office, Dr. Avendano enjoys cooking with his fiancée, taking long walks with their dachshund Jaxx, and unwinding with a good movie. His approachable, down-to-earth personality and dedication to patient comfort make every visit feel like catching up with a friend—just one who happens to love teeth.
