The RSTHC offers services for Fall Prevention and care seat safety. Our Fall Prevention program is operated by our Community Health Program and has four major components:
- Vision referral incentives
- Medication reviews
- Home assessments and modifications
- Exercise incentive program
The Child Passenger Safety Program distributes car seats to IHS-eligible children whose caregiver completes a 30 to 60-minute educational component. Our main goal is to prevent injury and death of all ages due to motor vehicle crashes by increasing seat belts and car seat usage. Call to set up a car seat check.

3 Nations Wellness
Our health and wellness services provide comprehensive support for a healthy lifestyle, including guidance from a registered dietitian, diabetes education and support, and personalized training programs.
We offer group exercise classes, access to a healthy food pantry, and a range of nutrition and diet services.
Additionally, we promote physical fitness through activity education and provide access to various health and wellness activities to encourage overall well-being.
