Laboratory
Laboratory services provide lab testing including urinalysis, urine pregnancy test, rapid strep, hemoglobin, HgbA1c, PT/INR, BNP, microalbumin, H-Pylori Breath Tester, and glucose testing.
For laboratory testing not available within the tribal clinic, the laboratory department coordinates outside referral laboratory tests ordered by RSTHC for patients seeking medical services for chronic, acute, and preventative health issues.
The lab is a CLIA-waived laboratory
Behavioral Health
We offer outpatient mental health therapy for children, youth, adults, and families, including crisis response, pediatric tele-psychiatry, adult psychiatric medication management, and peer support. Trauma Informed outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services that include treatment, awareness, prevention and outreach. Our services also include:
Community health
Our community health services promote well-being through education events, support from health workers, and heart health education. We offer blood pressure checks, car seat and Cribs for Kids distribution, fall risk assessments, CPR certification, medication assistance, home visits, and non-emergency medical transportation.
3 Nations Wellness
Our health and wellness services provide comprehensive support for a healthy lifestyle, including guidance from a registered dietitian, diabetes education and support, and personalized training programs.
We offer group exercise classes, access to a healthy food pantry, and a range of nutrition and diet services.
Additionally, we promote physical fitness through activity education and provide access to various health and wellness activities to encourage overall well-being.
